The body of the dead man seems to have been carried ashore by the high tide. Apart from the discolored skin, his ears seemed to have been cut off. When www.233times.com got to the scene a number of onlookers had gathered and some less courageous but curious people were standing at a distance.
Our team was still at the scene when representatives of the Essipong traditional authorities arrived. Okyeame Kwamina Biney who is the linguist of the Essipong Traditional Area came to the scene.
The police soon arrived at the scene and assured that the body would immediately be transported to the mortuary. They also say the public will be duly informed to speed up the process of identification.
