Ghana’s ambassador to France, Johanna Svanikier, has donated three vehicles to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) towards this year’s election campaign.
Mrs Svanikier presented the Renault Logan cars at the NDC headquarters yesterday.
She said her gesture was to assist the party’s campaign towards victory in election 2016.
The donation has set tongues wagging, calling to mind the 2012 elections when vehicles were freely donated to NDC activists.
The General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, and other officers of the party received the vehicles.
They expressed their appreciation to the ambassador for her “kind gesture.”
