HerbAddo4Ghana’s football fraternity has been dealt another huge blow following the death of former Black Stars and Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.

The veteran trainer who has handled almost all Premier League clubs in the country was hospitalised a couple of weeks ago and was reported dead around 12:30 this afternoon.

The late Herbert Addo coached many clubs including Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, AshantiGold and Inter Allies and is highly remembered for the remarkably winning the league with Aduana Stars in their maiden Premier League season.

Herbert’s demise is counted among series of deaths that have hit the football fraternity over the last one year with Jones Attoquayefio, Ben Koufie, Osam Dodoo, Coach Afrane and Sam Addy all passing on in the last few months.
