PHOTOS: Wenette Hope Foundation donates to Kith Mental Home in Takoradi

On Monday 28th August, 2017, a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Ghana, Wenette Hope Foundation donated clothing, toiletries, soft drinks and other relief items to the Kith Mental Home located at Apollo in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.

As part of raising funds for the donation, the foundation organised a photoshoot at the Allan Beach in Takoradi on Sunday 27th August, 2017. Through the innovative fundraising at the beach, Wenette Hope Foundation raised enough funds to purchase the relief items that was presented to inmates of the Kith Mental Home. “Friends, family and other supporters also helped us with some of the items aside the fundraising photoshoot at the beach” the organizers said. 

Wendy Egyirkoom Coomson and Antoinette Egyirkoom Coomson, founders of the Wenette Hope Foundation together with Bruce Attipoe, the Project Manager of the foundation and their friends championed the fundraising and donation. They expressed their appreciation to the donors who have always supported their donations. This is the 7th donation to under privileged home by the foundation.

Friends, family and other supporters of the founders of the foundation were at the Kith Mental Home to donate the items to the inmates.

Madam Habiba Fuseini, the owner and caretaker of the facility expressed her profound gratitude to the foundation for their support and called on other donors to come to their aid.
