On Monday 22/1/18 at about 13.45 hours, one Emmanual Ayidzi was incharge of JUSMOH Construction Man Diesel tipper truck with registration no GN 9630 -16 driving from Sekondi to Jusmoh quarry site at Ngyeresia.
On reaching the Residency junction near Essikado, he lost control of the truck and crashed one Elizerbeth Nichie aged 41 a toll collector for GPRTU who was sitting under a tree by the road side killing her instantly.
The deceased was 6 months pregnant.
The body has since been conveyed by the police to Effia Nkwanta Morgue for preservation and autopsy whilst the driver is in Police custody.
The Truck has since been impounded by the Police.
